 On August 3rd, Japan’s Sankei Sports reported that SHINee will be singing the ending theme song for a Japanese-Korean-Chinese co-produced drama titled “Strangers 6“! This will mark the first time that SHINee sings a theme song for an international drama. Producer Kawai Shinya said, “SHINee’s vocal talent and level of expression will add to the atmosphere of the drama.” Other participating artists for the soundtrack include KARA and Japanese guitarist/singer, Hotei Tomoyasu. The drama aims to air in 10 different broadcast networks across Asia. The plot itself illustrates the story between six members of international organizations in Korea, Japan, and China, who work to overcome their personal feelings against each other to maintain the three countries’ joint economic zone. SHINee’s new track will be released in December and included in the drama’s OST. Prior to the broadcast goo/NTT DoCoMo wanted to find out which K-pop artist their members were most curious about and yesterday they released the results of this mobile poll. The results shouldn’t be that surprising when looking at the current success of the various K-pop groups in Japan. Check out the complete ranking below. The “Converse Moving Custom Studio” features a 5-ton truck loaded with a digital printing system that provides customers the opportunity to create their own unique look, complete with illustrations and initials. The digital printing system on board allows customers to print their look on the spot. Stars that attended the event this afternoon included KARA’s Hara, Minho and Taemin, and actresses So Yi Hyun and Choi Kang Hee. The event will run nationwide for six months from April to September. Instead, it did a recap of memorable performances and moments from K-pop artists on Music Core from the year 2010!
